New Cylinder Wire "CAMEL TYPE"

Prescription: New tooth geometry. Improvement in keeping

fibre material on the clothing surface, i.e. closer between

cylinder- and flat clothings.

Features / Advantages: Improved elimination of neps and short

fibres as well as consistent neps level.

The reduction in the tooth height at the time of resharping results

in fibre material remaining closer to the flat clothings. This compensates the continuous rounding of the breast edges of the teeth.

Application: Applied on high performance as well as conventional

cards for cotton of all staple lengths. These type of wires are available

in CS or HT steel alloy and in various specifications.

of the teeth. The Eagle tooth shape enhances the taking up of

fibre material with 169 ppsi.
